Partnership Success Manager

Tech To The Rescue is looking for a Partnership Success Manager to support and manage day-to-day relationships within our expanding ecosystem. This is an ideal role for a proactive individual eager to learn how tech-for-good and AI can serve social impact.

 

You will play a key role in communicating our mission through compelling outreach and proposals while growing into a frontline representative of TTTR.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own the full lifecycle of TTTR's active partnerships with corporate donors and major funders — nurturing each collaboration from signing to renewal and beyond
• Serve as the primary point of contact for active partners: managing check-ins, reporting, renewals, and day-to-day relationship health
• Translate TTTR program outcomes (partnerships launched, AI solutions deployed, nonprofits supported) into compelling impact narratives for donors
• Identify opportunities to deepen and expand existing partnerships over time

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in account management, donor relations, customer success, or a similar relationship-owning role
• Strong communicator — you're as comfortable in a video call with a foundation officer as you are writing a quarterly impact report
• Structured and proactive: you track commitments, anticipate needs, and follow through without being chased
• Genuine interest in the social impact or tech-for-good space — you believe in what we do and it shows

Salary: $3200 - $4400 gross on B2B (based on the experience)
